Launch Date 2/18/08 MidTennDJ.com I created to replace a very old site which this DJ in Murfreesboro, TN had. This website was made w/ Dreamweaver and uses DJIntelligence Tools.

This was actually quite a challenging site design for me for several reasons. The DJ had wanted a new site for a very long time, as his old one had been up for 20+ years. The original design itself, while incorporating animated dance lights and a disco ball was well behind the times, however it had sentimental value because the DJ's business partner had designed it, but since passed on. It was for this reason that he wanted to incorporate the old design theme, into a modern site.

For this DJ, updating his old site had also been an increasing burden and although not a web-designer he still wanted to be able to have access to site and make changes if need be. He was happy with his current host and domain registrar, so for this reason I used Dreamweaver to build the new site, but had to create a design template and file structure which would be simple enough for him to get into the back-end if need be.

The last challenge for me, was that this mobile entertainer does not limit his DJ services for Weddings, (which make very easy site themes). His new site had to convey a more general approach, while still emphasizing Weddings and Receptions, but also the additional services which he specializes in, like Video Dance Parties, XBox Theme Parties, Sweet Sixteens, Corporate Events and School Dances.
